Eclipse Power Solutions is a separate entity and part of the Eclipse Power Group, which includes Eclipse Power Networks, a licensed Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO).
Eclipse Power are wholly owned by Sky Networks Holdings Company, a HoldCo, which is 100% owned by Octopus Renewables Infrastructure SCSp, a fund partnership managed by Octopus Renewables Ltd via a General Partnership Agreement. The companies within the group have independent management structures and operate as stand-alone businesses.

Working with Eclipse Power Solutions is like hiring your own grid manager. We’ll take care of every stage of the process – pre-application, application, offer and pre-construction. We will liaise closely and work collaboratively with the Network Operator, your local Distribution Network Operator (DNO) or National Grid on your behalf.
