The grid connections process remains our main challenge to get you connected to the grid. The ongoing Connections Reform is a project being run by National Energy System Operator (NESO), to change the way connection applications and existing contracts are handled. As a part of this, various consultations are being held to address the challenges we are currently facing.

The Impact

The Connections Reform & Clean Power 2030 may impact your connection capabilities. These proposals, currently under consultation, are slated for implementation in Q2 2025. Projects already under construction and set to commission before 2026 will not be affected.
